Here is what we are looking at:
Less than 6 months of experience.
Basic programming knowledge of Java, Python, C++, JavaScript.
Extremely good at logical thinking and problem-solving capability. • Well versed with OOPS concepts, Multi-threading, Collections etc.
Awareness of basic OO programming (Classes / Methods, etc.).
Well versed with the DB concepts and knowledge on Databases like SQL, Oracle, DB2 etc.
Passion for technology and software quality.
Good Understanding of Agile Delivery Methodology & experience in working with Scrum teams
Excellent presentations skills: ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner; individually or in front of a group.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability at work.
Here is what you will do:
Demonstrate strategic thinking while developing solutions.
Write clean & iterative code using practices like TDD, SOLID, principles, OO design, and pair programming.
Work in collaborative, product-focused teams to build innovative customer experiences for variety of clients.
Learn, digest, and subsequently apply the latest technology thinking from our tech radar to solve client problems.
Tackle a variety of challenges for clients of all industries.
