Job Description :
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as a Software Tester / Quality Control Executive. The candidate will be responsible for testing applications, identifying bugs, ensuring software quality, and supporting basic security testing before deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of web and software applications
- Prepare basic test cases and test scenarios
- Identify, document, and report bugs clearly
- Re-test fixed issues and verify bug resolution
- Perform basic security testing such as input validation, authentication checks, and identifying common vulnerabilities
- Support quality assurance processes and ensure application stability
- Maintain testing documentation and reports
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Software Testing (STLC, SDLC)
- Understanding of web applications
- Basic knowledge of security testing concepts (OWASP basics, validation checks) is an added advantage
- Good analytical thinking and communication skills
Qualification
- Any Degree
Salary & Internship Structure
First 6 months: Internship period
- First 2 months: No stipend
- From 3rd month onwards: ₹7,000 per month stipend
- From 7th month: Converted to full-time employee with salary of ₹12,000 per month
